CAPACITY: Manufacturing capacity as per the daily basis varies from product to product: (a) Wire frame bags (Comforter)–2000 pieces; (b) Sealing Bags with buttons – 10000 pieces; (c)Zipper Bags (Quilt Size ) – 3000 pieces.

MACHINE & MANPOWER: Five Production Lines; 100 Juki Sewing Machines; 30 High Frequency Heat Sealing Machines; 2 vinyl cutting formation machines. A work force of over 100 individuals including Quality Control Supervisors and Administrative Staff.

LOCATION: IAE manufacturing unit is conveniently located in the hub of industrial area of New Delhi adjacent to Karol Bagh Naraina and Kirti Nagar.
